PPA presents works by its participating artist members. A portion of the sales will be donated to fund PPA’s major events and activities.
For the chance to obtain artworks at prices significantly lower than the artist’s gallery price, your patronage will help us continue the commitment to unify our pastel community and bring out the best in Filipino pastel artists.
Bidding Mechanics
INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS:
a. All paintings will be uploaded and bidded upon in this Auction Group by LOT numbers.
b. Early bidders (Nov. 2-9) will have a chance to win a painting to be raffled off on November 23, 2024.
c. All the Pastel Artworks to be won are properly framed, ready for hanging, and will have a Certificate of Authenticity, unless specified otherwise. Some works are labelled as UNFRAMED.
d. All participants, by joining this group, agree to be bound by the terms that have been set by the PPA.
BIDDING GUIDELINES:
a. Minimum starting bid is indicated. After the initial bid, succeeding bids should be in increments of P500 or multiples of P500.
b. Participating bidders may bid for more than one painting.
c. Participating bidders shall post the actual bid on the comment section of the painting in the FB page PPA Auction 2024. No other comments are allowed except for the official bid amount. All bids are final and may not be deleted.
d. The bidding will start on November 2 and will be closed on November 22, 2024, at 12:00 noon (Manila Time). No bids will be accepted after the deadline. We will use the Facebook page time stamp as a reference.
e. The highest bidder of a painting shall be considered the auction winner. Only officers of PPA have the authority to determine and declare bid winners per lot/artwork.

AFTER THE AUCTION:
a. Payment for the winning bid must be deposited in full to the specified PPA bank account within seven (7) days after the auction date. The deposit slip / transaction slip must likewise be sent to the PPA email.

b. PPA has the right to forfeit the winning bid if payment is not made within the set period and PPA may award it to the next highest bidder.
c. The winning bidders are responsible for arranging the pick-up and/or delivery of the artwork won in the auction and its corresponding certificate of authenticity.
d. All items do not have any warranty. PPA is not, and will not be, liable for unfortunate circumstances that can happen to the lot after it has left the artist’s care and has been transferred to the winning participant or bidder.
